I found this new lovely business team via friends and I have to say I'm greatly impressed. I ordered a selection of whites, reds and sparklings and the selection was incredibly good. The service is outstanding. Cosmin conducts an introductory interview to figure out the clients taste, price range, etc. and then customizes his supply accordingly. The delivery was fast and in time. Of course you can order also more specifically but I wanted to have the surprise effect. From now on....I will only order via Sommvinum. Next I will try the wine tasting with my family.
Cosmin is the former sommelier from The Battery, who beside having the second highest wine certification in the world (Advanced Sommelier) is also a really good person. He took me and my team to Sonoma to picnic at the house of an iconic winemaker, and then taste new wine straight from the barrel at another famous winery. We had an incredible time. Perfect balance between a unique experience, learning a bit, and having tons of fun. One of the best days of my time in California!
